Integrated prevention and pollution control (IPPC)
Pursuant to Section 1 of Act No. 76/2002 Coll., on the integrated pollution register and on amendment of certain laws (the Act on integrated prevention), integrated permission means a decision which determines conditions for the operation of a facility, including the operation of activities directly connected with the operation of the facility on site and which is issued in place of decisions, standpoints, statements and approvals issued pursuant to special legal regulations in the areas of environmental protection and public health protection, and in the area of agriculture if these regulations enable it.
We offer to prepare a request for integrated permission and a statement to the request for integrated permission.
We prepare requests for integrated permission pursuant to Regulation No. 554/2002 Coll. for projects determined by Act No. 76/2002 Coll.; this Regulation defines a specimen of request for issuing integrated permission, the extent and method of its filling. The procedure of preparing the statement is regulated by Section 11 “Statement of a Professionally Competent Persons” of Act No. 76/2002 Coll.
