Global objective of the project:
The global objective is to contribute to enhance transparency and fair competition of the public procurement sector in Serbia. The assignment includes the review of the general state of play of the implementation of public procurement legislation and procedures in Serbia, as well as the development of a comprehensive study on public procurement practices.
Qualifications required:
Senior Expert in Public Procurement
(20 working days)
- University degree in public administration, law, economics, social sciences or equivalent, or 15 years relevant professional experience;
- Minimum 10 years work experience with public procurement
- At least 5 years experience with public procurement in a EU Member State
- At least 3 years experience with control and supervision of public procurement practices;
- Experience in pre-accession countries will be considered as an advantage
- Proficiency in English
Junior Expert in Public Procurement
(30 working days)
- University degree in public administration, law, economics, social sciences or equivalent, or 10 years relevant professional experience;
- Minimum 3 years work experience with public procurement legislation and practices in Serbia gained not earlier than in the past 10 years;
- Experience with studies or reviews of public procurement practices will be considered as an advantage
- Proficiency in English and Serbian
